Genuine Merrill C-35 graphite packing. This packing will squish to make a seal as you tighten the packing nut. If the hydrant leaks from the packing nut after the new packing is installed you can loosen, and retighten the packing nut. This should squish the packing to make the water tight seal. The C-35 fits Merrill E5000 Yard Hydrant and Wellpro W5000 Yard Hydrant.
